Alif Festival: Middle Eastern Stars to Light Up Anfa Park for the Inaugural Edition on July 4-5
The event agency Seven PM has announced the launch of the first edition of the Alif Festival, a celebration of Arabic music. This upcoming event will take place on July 4 and 5, 2024, in the attractive Anfa Park. It will showcase renowned Middle Eastern artists like Ragheb Alama and Saif Nabeel on July 4, and Myriam Fares on July 5. The lively atmosphere will be further enhanced by the presence of Emirati DJ Aseel on both nights. Seven PM, renowned for curating events such as Jazzablanca, Casa Anfa Latina, and Tanjazz, guarantees a full and immersive festival experience for attendees.
An icon of Arabic music, Ragheb Alama will take the stage at Anfa Park on Thursday, July 4. With his unique charisma and extensive repertoire, Ragheb Alama has left an indelible mark on the music industry with global hits.
Joining him on the same night is Iraqi singer Saif Nabeel. Saif has had a successful year with major events, hit songs, and a recent tour in the United States and Canada. He headlined the First Ottawa Arab Music Festival, appeared on MTV Lebanon, and garnered millions of views for his videos. Additionally, he made a significant impact on the new season of “Iraq Idol” on MBC.
Dubbed “The Queen of Stage,” Lebanese pop sensation Myriam Fares will enchant the audience with her mesmerizing voice and captivating energy on Friday, July 5. Her dynamic performances and stage presence transport the audience into spectacular shows.
Both nights of the Alif Festival will be animated by one of the most recognized DJs from the United Arab Emirates: DJ Aseel. His style blends traditional Arabic music with contemporary electronic rhythms. Based in Dubai, DJ Aseel explores the richness of Arabic music, incorporating traditional elements into his mixes. Since his debut in 2007, DJ Aseel has been driven by a dream to contribute to a revolution in Arabic music. Witnessing the rise of giants like Tiesto, he is further motivated to ensure that Arab DJs achieve similar success.
