About Chef Pierre Siewe

Chef and restaurateur Pierre Siewe, a Franco-Cameroonian, honed his skills in prestigious kitchens. From the renowned Guy Savoy’s kitchen in London to the Grand Pan with Benoit Gauthier and the Comptoir Relais Saint-Germain under Yves Camdeborde, Chef Siewe’s journey shaped his expertise. His restaurant, Le Garde-Temps in Paris, reflects his love for French cuisine, blending traditional techniques with a touch of bistrot refinement.

Chef Siewe’s culinary exploration extends to the richness of African terroirs, seamlessly combining his heritage with his formal training. Passionate about spices, he acts as an ambassador for African terroirs, constantly innovating to unveil the untapped potential of these culinary treasures.
