MAEV: Celebrating 15 Years of Excellence with a New Creative Studio
MAEV, a trailblazer in bespoke event planning, proudly announces the inauguration of its new creative studio. This milestone coincides with the agency’s 15th anniversary, a testament to its unmatched legacy in crafting extraordinary events across the globe.
A Creative Hub for Inspiration and Innovation
The newly launched Atelier MAEV is more than just a workspace; it’s a creative incubator where inspiration meets execution. The studio combines the agency’s offices, production workshops, and fabrication spaces to foster synergy between design and realization. “This atelier is a space of expression where every project comes to life with passion and dedication,” says Safae El Hakym, the visionary founder and CEO of MAEV.
A Legacy of Distinction
Since its establishment in 2009, MAEV has become a leading name in wedding and event planning. With hundreds of weddings held in destinations like Marrakech, Casablanca, Ibiza, and New York, the agency is renowned for its meticulous attention to detail and its ability to offer unique, step-by-step guidance to its international clientele.
From pioneering the “boho-chic” aesthetic to creating immersive festival experiences in Ibiza, Tulum, and Burning Man, MAEV has consistently pushed the boundaries of creativity. Its portfolio extends beyond weddings to private celebrations and corporate events for global brands such as PWC, BCG, JTI, and St. Regis.
A Commitment to Social Impact
MAEV’s dedication extends beyond event planning. Amid the COVID-19 crisis, the agency preserved its team’s jobs by launching La Karavane, a sustainable travel initiative showcasing Morocco through responsible tourism. Following the devastating earthquake in Morocco in September 2023, MAEV mobilized over 500 volunteers, delivering aid to affected villages and raising nearly 752,000 dirhams for the ADE (Amis des Écoles) association.
A Visionary Leader
Safae El Hakym, a Franco-Moroccan entrepreneur with a background in management and marketing, founded MAEV in 2009. Her vision has been instrumental in introducing bold styles and reimagining event scenography. Under her leadership, MAEV has contributed to renowned festivals such as OASIS, MOGA, and Deep House Bible, while promoting Morocco’s rich cultural heritage globally.
“Our goal is to export Morocco’s art of living while redefining event trends. The new studio will serve as a hub where every project tells a unique story, blending creativity with sustainability,” shares El Hakym.
Looking Ahead
With the inauguration of its creative studio, MAEV embarks on a new chapter, reaffirming its commitment to turning every project into an unforgettable experience. The agency invites partners, clients, and media to explore this dynamic space, designed to inspire and innovate.
