Maghribiate Night at Théâtre Meydene Celebrates Moroccan Music
The Marrakech Tarab Association, in partnership with Théâtre Meydene, is delighted to announce the first evening of the “Maghribiate” series, which aims to pay tribute to the pioneers of Moroccan music. The inaugural evening, “Maghribiate 1,” is scheduled for Saturday, August 3rd, at 8:00 PM. This event will showcase the repertoires of esteemed artists Houcine Slaoui, Brahim El Alami, and Mahmoud El Idrissi, whose enduring works contribute significantly to our musical heritage.
The celebration will be enhanced by the skilled vocalists Abdelali Anouar and Ayoub Tijani, who will deliver remarkable renditions of timeless songs, accompanied by an orchestra conducted by maestro Hicham Telmoudi. The evening will honor the voices and compositions that have greatly influenced the development of Moroccan music throughout history.
