National Post-Earthquake Cleanup Campaign: “NE9I BLADI” – Al Haouz – Sunday, October 8, 2023

The National Post-Earthquake Cleanup Campaign organized by the “Ne9i Bladi” collective is a shining example of national solidarity. This initiative aims to contribute to the cleanup of regions recently affected by an earthquake. Representing a crucial act of citizenship. The Al Haouz stage, scheduled for Sunday, October 8, 2023, enjoys the support of local authorities. Including the Wilaya of Marrakech, in the Marrakech-Al Haouz-Safi region.

NE9I BLADI: A Committed Collective

The “Ne9i Bladi” initiative was born through collaboration between the Bahri Association, the Salamandre Association, and a dynamic community of engineers, designers, students, all united by a positive vision of change. Indeed, their goal is clear: to provide concrete assistance to regions severely impacted by the earthquake by participating in the cleanup of debris that poses a genuine threat to public health.

Moreover, The collective Ne9i Bladi aims to mobilize no less than 1000 volunteers from various backgrounds to take part in this citizen action. By uniting in large numbers, volunteers will have the capacity to cover a maximum number of affected douars (villages) and distribute essential cleaning kits to all affected areas.

In addition to that, this operation seeks to encourage all citizens to engage differently by offering their time. The “Ne9i Bladi” collective aims to instill a spirit of dedication and support the surge of solidarity towards the affected community and the environment after the tragedy that touched all Moroccans.
