An Elegant Seaside Sanctuary

Folie Restaurant & Sea Bouznika, following the success of its Bodrum counterpart, officially opened its doors on August 3, 2024, at The View Hotel Bouznika, Bahia Golf Beach. This marks the second Folie Restaurant & Sea establishment, after the recent launch of Folie Restaurant & Sea Cabo Negro on July 18, 2024.

The Bouznika location seamlessly blends the elegance and sophistication of Bodrum with the laid-back coastal charm of Bouznika. Designed to provide a serene and immersive experience, the new restaurant and pool area feature natural materials, soothing color palettes, and expansive open spaces. Guests are treated to breathtaking views from the restaurant’s outdoor areas, lush gardens, and an infinity pool that seems to merge with the horizon.

The interior design draws inspiration from Bouznika’s natural beauty, with light wood and rattan details complemented by a palette of whites and beiges, highlighted by sunny yellows. Cascading plants create a harmonious connection with the surrounding beach and nature, while sunset lanterns add a magical touch to the atmosphere. With a capacity of 200 seats, including 11 private cabanas and 39 sunbeds, Folie Restaurant & Sea Bouznika promises a paradise-like experience from noon to midnight.

At the heart of Grill & Chill lies the restaurant’s meticulously curated menu, offering a selection of Mediterranean-inspired dishes. The highlight is undoubtedly the signature Bouznika seafood platter, a feast of fresh, locally sourced treasures from the sea.
