Rikku: A Journey Through Diverse Musical Landscapes

Hailing from the vibrant city of Casablanca, Morocco, Rikku is a dynamic DJ with a rich and diverse musical heritage. Influenced by a wide array of genres, including oriental classics, rock, metal, disco, old-school rap, and R&B, Rikku’s journey into the world of DJing began with intimate performances at small events in Morocco. Events like Tar Tar Fullmoon, From Essaouira with Love, and Quorum quickly earned him a reputation for his energetic and captivating sets.

Rikku’s talent and charisma have since taken him to larger and more exciting venues, such as the TIMELAPSE Fest, SUPERVIBE, and SUMAHAN in Turkey, amassing a loyal fan base that loves his unique style and infectious energy. Today, Rikku specializes in Minimal, Electro, and House music, but he is equally adept at delivering deep and emotional sets that resonate with his audience. His mission as a DJ is to spread good vibes and loving energy through music, connecting people from all walks of life and spreading love and positivity.

Yassir: The Heartbeat of the Minimal House Scene

Yassir, a DJ and producer born and based in Tangier, Morocco, began his career at forest raves at Hoia Baciu in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He has shared the stage with artists like Ricardo Villalobos, Traumer, Zip, Sonja Moonear, Tripmastaz, Mihai Popoviciu, Alexis Cabrera, and Shonky, and has played in major venues in both Morocco and Romania.

Yassir has released multiple tracks with various labels, including an EP with Welter Records from Bucharest, Romania, and appearances on many VA compilations from Interplanetare Lab in Medellin, Colombia, and Tanapa in Romania.

Yassir and Rikku also form a duo known as Yakku, where their synergy marks every soul and controls each heartbeat, making everyone dance to every sound and beat. The good news is that they will be playing at the Rebirth Fest as well.
